Prices and Costs

Prices, transportation costs, Customs, taxes, duties, proof of identification

All prices are ex works. If you do not pick up the goods yourself or by a third party (carrier), further transport and, where appropriate, customs and other charges may apply. These costs can be varied depending on weight, size (e.g. bulky goods) and destination. We have no control over these costs / charges and can not predict their amount.

When transporting shipments to other EU countries (EU-third country) the recipient is considered the importer. As such, you may have to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and all laws and regulations of the destination country are observed.

Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can not predict their amount. Customs policies vary from country to country considerably. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.

The customs authorities in some countries require the importer of a product some proof of identification before any shipment is released. As an importer of the goods you or the recipient of the shipment may be asked to provide an identification number, such as national identification number or tax identification number.

Note of Privacy Policy: Please be aware that cross-border shipments can be opened and searched by customs authorities. In addition, it may be necessary for us to pass certain order, shipping or product information on international transport companies so that they can handle customs clearance and comply with the legislation.
